Champs and Michael
Located in the vibrant Upper West Side of NYC, Champs Upper West is the go-to destination for individuals seeking a unique boxing-oriented cardio program. Michael was a 3 time Golden Glove Champion and One time (Silver) Golden Glove Champion before going on to win a Bronze Medal for the US Boxing team. As a pro, Michael aka “The Champ,” was the personal sparring partner of Alexis Arguello, and Roberto “Manos de Pierdas” Duran.
